Other 2 rooms are located in the basement and the top floor so the room is quite private. Bright windows facing the fenced in backyard with space for gardening. Pet friendly and no other pets currently occupying the house. On the same block is a neighborhood grocery market, bar and record store, and walking distance from lots of other cute restaurants, bars and the like. The landlord is super chill and we have never had any issues with maintenance or security deposits or anything. Gas range and cute shared common areas.

You would be taking over my room on the main floor! Other 2 roomies are super chill, respectful, good communicators and queer friendly. Common spaces are clean and comfy. And everyone has different schedules so the is plenty of opportunity for alone time in the house. They are both animal lovers and would welcome a dog or cat if you come with a friend!
