I own the property & live here. I travel a lot for work! I have an indoor/outdoor cat who does not use a litter box (I can’t stand the smell) I have house cleaners once a month for deep cleaning, I expect a renter to respect the property & clean up after themselves, no shoes on the carpet & I expect the tenant to do their own dishes. No smoking anywhere in or outside the property.
