I am looking to sublet this room to someone responsible. The property owner unfortunately won’t allow another pet. The house is on the south side, over 1k square feet, and wood flooring. This is a 3 bed one bath so the bathroom is shared. Rent is $600 and $790 deposit is reimbursement for what i paid when i moved in and will be returned to you when the lease is over. The current lease period ends March 31st 2024. Utilities not included and the room will be unfurnished unless you need a dresser i can leave one for you.

There are 2 male roommates in their mid 20s. they’re alcohol and 420 friendly, and have one cat. They work quite often and are very laid back.
