Rent the lower level bedroom of a tri-level home, good for one male tenant. Ideal tenant would be tidy, and promptly clean the kitchen following use. They would be able to get along with me while also respecting boundaries. Looking for male tenants only, same gender. House is LGBTQ+ friendly and owned, tenant must be as well. There is also storage in the crawl space. Good for a college student.

I cover all utilities, electric, water, trash, and internet. I will be living in the house as it is my primary residence.
