Joanne's room

I have a three bedroom house, it is very private with a security gate entrance. I have a toy poodle service dog, a cat. If you don’t love animals, please don’t bother. The larger bedroom of my two extra rooms has its own entrance into the bathroom that is shared with the guest room and the guests of the house, I have my own bathroom. We would share the rest of the house. Utilizes will be split and there is a stall in the shop across the driveway for your use. Thank you

I am older (60), pretty quiet and when it isn’t hot out, like to be outside. I have asthma, so I prefer a non- smoker and there is no smoking in the house. I like to have flowers and plants around the property, so you will find that I have a few fruit trees, pecan trees, lots of flowers and some vegetables. I grow some natural plants to keep the unwanted pests away from the house, but nothing that will harm my animals. I like my friends and I like to have them come over for a bbq occasionally, but I do not drink or smoke. I like having the third bedroom for when company comes. My son and his girlfriend live out of town as do a lot of my friends. I have been here a year and none of my friends have come yet.
