Commonwealth Avenue

Hey! I’m a recent graduate from Boston University and currently working near and on campus. I’m looking for a roommate who would want to split a 1 year lease ($2,700 per month 50/50 split between the two of us-utilities included) and needs to move in by September 1st. The apartment is a 2 bed/1 bath split that is very well kept and also cat friendly. Additionally, there is laundry within the building. It is located in a great location on Commonwealth Ave. (between Packards Corner and Harvard Ave. T stops) that is a 5 minute walk to the BU Charles River Campus and near a bunch of restaurants and bars in Allston. A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME: I’m a 22 year old male, working full-time and enjoy going to the gym and playing basketball in my free time.
