The home is located roughly 5 minutes from Sky Harbor airport, 10 minutes from DT Phoenix, 15 minutes from DT Scottsdale, and 10 minutes from DT Tempe. It is very centrally located, 5 minutes from Interstate 10, 202, 143 & 51

I am looking for a person who would mesh well with my current friends living in the home. It’s a 4-bedroom house, and the room has a connected shared bathroom. No pets or couples, please.

I own and run an Airbnb on the property next door, which I am happy to send info on, so you can get an idea of the general vicinity. My full name is Abraham Purdy (if you want to do your research on me) and I am happy to share my socials.

A quick bio on me; Im 29, born and raised in Kentucky, I joined the Air Force right after high school and finished my enlistment as an Air Traffic Controller (tower) here in Phoenix in 2018. I’m very self-driven and growth-oriented. I dabble in everything related to real estate, mindfulness, health/fitness, and travel. I love reading, and constantly learning. I get alot of inquiries, and we want to make sure the person moving in is a good fit, so this helps tremendously. Rent is $800 + Utilities which includes high-speed wifi, elect, gas, water/trash.

No couples and no pets. Currently at the home are three guys all in their mid-twenties to early thirties. Everyone is mature and drama free. I can furnish the room with a queen bed frame and mattress if desired.
