Just 7 minutes from 281 & 1604 area. Quaint neighborhood with on street or driveway parking - I’m flexible if willing to share garage. 2 story house. The rent includes 2 rooms (10.8’ x 11’ - think one to study, other to sleep), 1 private bath w/ window, and shared kitchen with new appliances (including washer/dryer). Small front and backyard.

I already have a relatively new queen mattress on site that welcomed to use.

Utilities split 50/50. Medium to small sized dogs/cats welcome (must be potty-trained)

I am a working professional with Geek Squad. I have a partner (owns her own place) and my own social group - not really looking to expand that group but if we hit it off, I won’t be opposed. I occasionally have no more than a few friends over but only for gaming/watching a movie. My biggest asks are: clean floors, clean kitchen, open communication, and respecting my personal belongings. I don’t drink that much personally but I respect good quality alcohol hah. Because I have a sound system that is essentially a small home theater, I’ll ask you if it’s ok before watching a movie or listening to music at “reference” volumes. I typically average 3 good listening sessions a week, but never before 8am or after 10pm (since I work during day it’s only ever later afternoon/early evening). Also working on ways to isolate sound from downstairs to the upstairs.*
