About the room
A nice property with a couple of court yards with grills, swimming pool and sitting areas. The property is very convenient to the Seminole Center which has a lot of shops, movie theatre, restaurants, grocery stores. Less than five minutes to the beaches etc,
About the roomies
For the most part, the people living on the property are pretty good people and decent. And mind their own business etc,. So I prefer someone who is stable mature and responsible not loud. And someone I can trust etc,. I pretty much keep to myself but am socialble. There’s a 24 inch TV in the room with a lot of free channels plus Peacock streaming and Roku Paramount Channels on it but if you want other channels, you will have to pay for your own streaming services/apps on the TV. And sorry but I can’t have pets in the unit.
