Pebblestone Drive

I own an 1860 sq foot home 10 minutes from RTP on the Durham side of things (27703 zip code). Looking to rent the second bedroom (14.5’ by 11.5’). The room is unfurnished but we can discuss furnished options if that is needed. The room comes with its own bathroom and its own garage space. The roommate will share the living room, kitchen, backyard etc. Rent would be $800 and we would share the cost of utilities (internet, water, gas, electric) with a $400 security deposit required upon move in. We can start with a 6-12 month lease and take it from there.

I’m a 42 year old single gay man. I’m friendly, mature, stable, liberal minded, and looking for the same in a roommate. I enjoy engaging with people but tend to need some downtime (social introvert or sensitive extravert). I tend to go out to socialize and recharge at home. I have two dogs (lab mixes) who are VERY sweet, well behaved, and will be either in the shared living area or with me when I’m in my bedroom. We can definitely keep them out of the roommate’s bedroom but in general only dog lovers should apply.
