Subletting a single furnished room from now through end of Feb (flexible timeline) in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in Potrero Hill. Tons of free street parking, perfect for WFH, $1825 a month. Apartment itself is an open floor plan and has gorgeous views of East Bay (see pictures), your room will face west and have an attached fire escape/balcony with lights.

10 minutes walking in one direction gets you to Dogpatch Bouldering gym and Crane Cove Beach; 5 minute walk in the other direction takes you to all the restaurants and shops in Potrero hill (including Plow, the best brunch place in SF!). Close the the K/J lines, 15, 22, and 55 bus lines. Potrero is a very safe, low key neighborhood, but you can quickly and easily get to Mission or South beach where it feels like a true city.

Coin operated Washer/Dryer in the building (shared with 6 other building tenants), dishwasher and other appliances available for your use (for example, I’ll leave my air fryer and you’re welcome to use it while I’m away!). I’ll clean out the closet and shelves, but am subletting furnished with the rest of the furniture pictured! Utilities are $25 a month Wifi is $30 a month.
