Hoffman Drive

We want to fill one private room in this three-bedroom, one-bathroom townhouse. We are looking for someone to move in ASAP. Rent is split evenly between three rooms (2,500$ per month, divided by three is 833$ each) + utilities. The leasing company covers water. Dogs are negotiable with the leasing agency on a case-by-case basis! Cats are okay. No smoking in the house! Please reach out with questions! The room has a big closet and a nice window! We are biking distance from downtown, next to the park, and down the block from Kagy Korner. There is an in-unit washer and dryer. We have a detached garage with off-street and on-street parking.

We are Joelle and Sylvia! We are recent college graduates and have moved to Bozeman for full-time jobs. We are both 22 years old and would prefer a roommate in their early 20’s.
