A two bedroom apartment with a big kitchen and a decently sized living room area. The bedroom has a hallway that leads to a private bathroom. The hallway contains an ample amount of storage space. The bedroom is fully furnished with a Queen sized bed, desk, desk chair, and drawers. In apartment washer and dryer as well as dishwasher! There is also a balcony attached to the living room and two pools within the gated community. You would also have your own parking spot right out front. There is free street parking as well.

We are looking for a LGBTQ+ friendly roommate or roommates! I️ am moving for work and need the lease signed over urgently. We can also convert the living room into a third bedroom area if you have someone you would like to move with to lower the costs. If that is the case we have a second mattress available to start you off! Sammi is the person you will be living with! She has a dog and a cat (feel free to bring your cat!) and she works in a medical office so she is usually gone all day. She has been the best roommate I️ could ever ask for, she is quiet but loves to have girls nights from time to time. She is also a professional athlete so she trains most nights!
