David's room

This is an older brick home in Kentwood near Kelloggsville. The only drawback is that it has 1 bathroom. It’s fine as long as we clean up after ourselves, same for everything else. The available bedroom isn’t huge but it’s adequate. I’m in the process of painting/prepping it now. The home is clean for most part however it’s in need of updating. It belonged to my grandfolks and it used to be a small farm. I haven’t had time to work on it until now as I’ve returned from Traverse full time. The yard is 1.5 acres that is mostly wooded and has entry to Vets Memorial Pk. I have a decent sized shed for storage along with a basement and 1 stall garage. It’s super quiet and peaceful. Lots of wildlife including deer that follow the creek out back. There’s a deck facing the back 40 with a grill. There’s never any crime. Mostly families and retirees. Everything is close by. The kitchen will be getting updated a bit at a time. More pics will be added later along with credentials.

Im a divorced man of 54 yrs. I have a small loving low-dander poodle/schnauzer mix. She may not accommodate another dog or a cat well however. I’m quiet, honest, clean for most part, and very kind. I only care that a roommate is the same. I don’t care for parties and obnoxious types. Calm and cool with good morals would be ideal. Im currently on 2nd shift pursuing 1st shift. Laundry, utilities, parking is all included. (wifi/internet only). Tv can be added if needed no extra expense. I don’t get alot of company but not because I’m not friendly. I have friends and fam that stop once in awhile.
