It’s in the hood . Nothing nice . You’ll have your own room . There is a bathroom upstairs and a bathroom downstairs. No dogs I have cats ,I prefer if you weren’t at the house much, no visitors, this is a family house .I have two children here. if you smoke, you have to smoke outside ,no drugs. No couples. Month to month, no leasing .

Me, and my two kids 15 year old and a 3 year old .I have cats . No dogs . Can’t really be loud over here or have a whole bunch of people over here. Just you. My neighbors are really nosy and mind everybody’s business but their own. If you’re quiet person and keep to keep yourself and not here much. This could work . 🙏🏼
