Hello! I am looking to rent 1 bedroom out of my 2 bedroom 2 bath home in Roseville CA. You would have your own room and own bathroom. The room is currently not furnished, but I could furnish it if you need it furnished. Its a very central location, near downtown Roseville, in a quiet neighborhood. Cute backyard with a fire pit, a deck with chairs, and a garden.
