Conveniently located Arcadia lite bedroom in a GREAT location close to the Biltmore, Scottsdale, Tempe and Downtown Phoenix. This bedroom, with a shared bathroom is available unfurnished. Huge front and back yard as well as a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. We just installed artificial turf in the backyard as well. Parking is available on premises, steps away from the front door.

All young professionals currently living in the house. Myself and my boyfriend as well as a girl roomie whom you’d be sharing the bathroom with. There are currently 2 dogs in the house as well, all very friendly. Bills are not included in rent, since it’s split between all roomies average is $100 (around $70 during the winter).
