“Lease Takeover My housemate (he/him) and I (she/her) are looking to have someone join the lease for one unfurnished room in a 3 bed/1 bath house. The lease would be for one year. The house is located in South Sacramento by Fruitridge and near the UC Davis hospital. We are looking for someone to move in hopefully by September if possible or October. Rent would be approximately $698.34 (not including utilities which average about ~$50-70/month). Deposit is $665. There is an in-unit washer/dryer and a small garage for storage. The house has a one-car driveway but there is plenty of street parking. We would prefer someone who: Prioritizes cleanliness/chores and a peaceful environment. Is a working professional or graduate student Is respectful and considerate of our schedules as well as individual & communal spaces. Able to provide proof of credit score and income (landlord requirements).
