About the room
We are renting a comfortable, centrally air conditioned (facing front yard) room in a 5b3b house. This room is located on the second floor of the house. We are looking for a responsible tenant to rent our room ( no sharing ).
We will send you an application to be filled out if we feel like you are an ideal fit.
You will be using the bathroom next to your room. It’s a shared bathroom which you might have to share with a future tenant. But for now it’s all yours, since we don’t have anybody in the other room.
About the roomies
We are a married couple, and we work from home. Also have a younger female roommate who is currently a college student.
We keep to ourselves, quite and friendly.
