Private room with shared bathroom. Mattress and box spring is included. There isn’t much closet space but there is a storage space in the house that you are welcome to use (see photo 5). We also have a backyard, garage, driveway, street parking, and the kitchen and living room are fully furnished + appliances with washer / dryer. All utilities split 3 ways (water, sewer, garbage, gas, electric, and Google fiber internet). The owner of the house has a landscaping guy who keeps everything looking nice but he is reviving the lawn so it’s growing out right now. The contract is first month’s rent ($550) last month’s rent ($550) and a $550 security deposit. The property manager we rent from also requires us to do a background check ✔️
