Master for rent in 4 bedroom house

We have a MASTER BEDROOM for rent in our house available now. We are located off of Hostetter in the East area of San Jose. Easy access to major freeways (680 & 880), VTA/lightrail, & Bart is also near by.

The house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, with garage and second driveway with a nice sized back yard in a decent neighborhood. Our garage is currently for storage & we can make a space for you to have storage too. Plus we have the washer & dryer, and a second fridge in the garage. Room for 1 car in the driveway and there is plenty of street parking.

Small pet are negotiable, we currently have 2 dogs and would like to have a meet & greet to ensure they get along. You’d be sharing the house with a female 33, working early hours and a male who works evening and afternoon shifts. We are 420 friendly (outside/garage only).

We enjoy the company of our housemates while also respecting everyone’s personal space. I tend to cook for the household every now and then & sometimes we’ll watch TV or movie together. Ideallywe want someone who’d be a good fit & would bring something to help make this all of our home.

Rent is $1600 would be month to month. We can work with you regarding the security deposit if needed.
