I’m offering a room for rent in my beautiful 4-bedroom, 2.5 -bathroom home located in the Citrus Heights community in Fontana. Rent is $1200 per month, including utilities such as water, gas, electric, trash, and WIFI. A security deposit of $1200 is required. If you move in on a day other than the 1st, the rent will be prorated accordingly. First month rent and security deposit are due at signing. Please provide a copy of your credit report ran within 60 days. I’m excited to share my home with a career-minded, clean, and responsible tenant in their 20s to 30s, with full-time employment and/or a full-time college student. You must be able to clean up after yourself and/or any guests who use the kitchen, common bathroom, or other common areas. You will be provided with a shared bathroom next to the room. The room is fully furnished with a bed frame, mattress, and two dresser and television. You’re welcome to have friends over for social events with advance notice, but this is not a party house. The room is suitable for a financially responsible adult, and overnight guests are allowed within reason. However, full-time couples or room sharing for two people in one room is not permitted.

House amenities/property privileges, that are shared and able to be used as a courtesy, include: Full use of kitchen, washer and dryer on predetermined days of the week, backyard patio and grill, Downstairs living room, upstairs loft area. I am located minutes from the 15 and 210 freeways and many shopping centers. Conveniently located within 15 minutes of Chaffey College and California State University San Bernardino.

I am a young mother in my early 30’s with a teenage son. I mostly work from home running my own trucking business. I enjoy cooking, hiking, and trying new food.
