Located in the heart of Valencia at McBean & Newhall Ranch Road. Renting a furnished room with private bath, and in-home laundry. This is for one person only, without pets. If you are a couple or w/kids please do not apply. In home laundry and nearby parks, tennis, and community pool. I keep the house tidy and well maintained.

Lease would be month to month $1,125.00 per month, plus $875.00 security deposit. Includes, Wi-Fi, trash, water, electricity, gas, etc. I conduct & pay for a background check for applicants that are serious about applying for the month to month lease.

I’m in my 40’s, female with 1 dog and 2 cats, very quite, keeping to myself and enjoying the sanctuary that is my home. Looking to rent to like minded person, I don’t care if you’re male or female, just looking for a responsible person. My dog is very sweet and well trained, no barking or other issues, just wants to play and snuggle, she’s typically always with me and Kitties keep to themselves
