Located in the heart of Valencia at McBean & Newhall Ranch Road. Renting a furnished room with private bath, and in-home laundry. This is for one person only, without pets. If you are a couple or w/kids please do not apply. In home laundry and nearby parks, tennis, and community pool. I keep the house tidy and well maintained.
Lease would be month to month $1,185.00 per month, plus $875.00 security deposit. Includes, Wi-Fi, trash, water, electricity, gas, etc. I conduct & pay for a background check for applicants that are serious about applying for the month to month lease.
