I have 2 rooms On other half the house one is occupied for 2 years I had unfortunate incidence with a past roommate, I’m not accepting felons or drug rehabilitation roommates. If you are honest, Enjoy nature, quiet, self sufficient, dependable with rent, clean, and no drama that’s the type of roommate I’m looking for. I do have 3 cats, but with last 2 year roommates they basically stay on my side of the house. Also have a medical card. Respect your privacy, as I hope you will mine.
