This house is located in the beautiful Pioneer Crossing East neighborhood in Austin. It’s a short drive to the domain or downtown and right near tech ridge. The neighborhood has 2 pools, a dog park, and a playground.

This room is furnished and incredibly spacious 500 sq ft with an attached bathroom. I currently have it set up as it’s own “apartment” full with a sectional in the main room and a bed in the massive closet. If you prefer the bed in the main room, I can move the couch out and have the full closet for storage. Same goes for everything else in the pictures, we can take out anything you may not want.

We have 3 people living in the house: Josh - Josh is very clean and responsible. He also has a cat who likes to stay in his room. Always a positive presence in the shared spaces. As well as being the Property Manager. Cael - Cael is very dedicated to his work and fun as well. If you ever get the chance to have a real conversation with him, it’s worth it. Alan - An awesome guy who’s also super friendly, Alan has dropped what he was doing multiple times to help me with various house projects.
