Room includes in-suite private restroom shower, closet, small kitchen, microwave and small refrigerator. House is in a very quiet street, lined with trees, family oriented. Looking for a single female only, non smoker, no pets, all utilities included. Close to Whittier College. Room for 1 person.

Currently 1 couple leave in the main house, both work full time. We are pretty private and keep to our selves. The separate room is completely private that we may rarely see each other. Easy going, very clean, respectful and family oriented.
