Basement with 2 Rooms and your own private Bathroom. Two Closets, Linen Closet, kitchen availability. Separate Thermostat for Basement only. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included, (as long as the utility bills remain conservative; if not, we would require additional for utilities). This is a Month to Month initially, to see if everything goes well. Due to this being a Home with a Basement we must have access to the Basement for Home Maintenance purposes, as needed. (Timely Notification would be provided before entry, unless there is an emergency).

There are three adult women living in the home upstairs. We are working-class, law-abiding citizens.
