About the roomies
We are a family of 3 who live in the house.
The place is a Lock-Off from my main house. So, it is attached to our home, but there were very intentional multi-layered noise-mitigating ceilings were used, making it almost noise free in the basement. The insulated divider door for the basement left permanently locked because we value our privacy just as much as our guests.
