Jennifer's room

I have a 3 bedroom house and am looking for a roommate (furnished or unfurnished). I live on a quiet street close to parks, about a mile away from the hospitals and downtown. There is a grocery store and local pizza place around the corner so you can take a little walk for groceries or beer and pizza on the patio. I have been improving my house since I bought it 2 years ago have made it much more comfortable with new windows, doors, insulation, and new appliances. I gave the backyard a makeover by putting in a patio with gas fireplace table and comfy seating, a garden, and a hot tub. The room available has a small bonus room attached as well as two large closets with plenty of storage. The smaller room can fit a queen or full size bed, if you want to have the main bedroom as a private living room or office space. There is also a mini fridge available.

I live here with my dog and cat and am very clean and quiet. I like to do yoga, paddle board, hike, travel.
