Room is Bandana Blue and has white baseboards and crown molding, but can be painted to your liking. Spare room can be rented as well for those with children. Rent would be higher for both rooms. Hall bathroom is partially renovated but fully functional. Work still being done. I have a separated space and my own bathroom. Home has been recently renovated, new big kitchen with island, large fenced yard, in ground pool, and safe!! I have done so much to make this home beautiful and would love to rent to a Stetson/College student, male, female, couple, parent and child, doesn’t matter as long as you take care of your space and pay on time. I’m very easy going and understanding. Can work with monthly, weekly or biweekly payments. I cook, clean, and will offer anything I could to help out anyone. I love music, chilling by the pool, grilling, Corn Hole, Horse Shoes, Darts, Neighbors are great and on quiet, peaceful street. Not a lot of through traffic. Get in touch!!
