• 1st & deposit -deposit $1,300 -move in ready -renter application -1 closet in room -private restroom (not sharing with anyone else) -spare closet for extra storage -1 assigned parking in enclosed area

Looking for: -working professional (does not work from home) preferably military or law enforcement -clean & tidy -no pets -no couples please -no drama -non smoker and no drugs -ok with short (at least 3-6months) or long term tenant
