My adult kids will be moving out mid to late October so I am looking for a two adult roommates that are mature, professional, clean, and come with no drama. Weed is okay, but not tolerant of anything else. I rent a 4 bedroom townhome located within walking distance of the Petroglyphs near Dellayne and Unser. 2 rooms are available for rent. Room #1-11’,3“ x 12’,7“ Room #2-13’,1“ x 13’,10“ Rooms will share a bathroom. Office available to share.

Rent and utilities will be split according to the number of adults living here. Rent is $1800 month plus utilities which run around $300-$350 month to include electric, gas, water, and high speed internet. Washer and Dryer available. Rooms are unfurnished Kitchen is fully equipped. Living Room has comfy couch, 55“ tv with ALL the streaming apps, and a killer surround sound system.

I’m about to turn 41 and am soon to become an empty nester as my son turned 18 and I have a 20 year old daughter that are both wanting to leave the nest and I can’t afford this place on my own. I am a Property Claims Adjuster with State Farm and work mostly from home. I am working on getting work assignments that will allow me to travel for work for months at a time during catastrophe events throughout the country. Rest assured my job has competed a thorough background check and randomly drug tests me so you won’t have to worry about those issues with me.

I consider myself to be a Business Professional and can be a bit of a work a holic. I love my job and tend to be in my computer pretty late at night. I enjoy my mornings, going for walks, discovering new food in town, I love my glass of whiskey in the evenings and really enjoy listening to music. I can be somewhat insomniac sometimes but un disruptive. I enjoy cooking and can be a little but of a clean freak when it comes to my space. I’m a Virgo, very personable, I’m super funny in the unconventional way, and like to randomly dance and sing. I have a boyfriend who visits me periodically but I tend to spend the night at his house a few nights out of the week.

I have a 7lb Terrier, Odin, which is the love of my life. He is 1, and sometimes gets the zumiez then crashes for hours at a time. He is potty trained and an overall well behaved dog. He goes with me everywhere I go unless it’s to an inspection for work which is usually only a few times a week.
