Honestly, area is okay. The apartment on the outside looks a little trashy but th e inside is nice. New floors and counter tops when I moved in like 3 years ago. Everything but your room is completely furnished. I have 3 cats and it’s a small apartment so I have to ask you don’t bring pets with you, I’m so sorry! The apartment is down the street from a small park and a lake, the boat launch is just right there at the end of the street, and there’s a corner store in walking distance. Really everything downtown is walking distance but it’s more than like 5 minutes.I put zero for the security deposit cause I’m not sure. Half the rent comes up to about $660 with garbage and water included. Right now the current arrangement is I pay Wi-Fi and he pays electricity. It works for us.

Well like above, I have the cats. They’re great but the little one is a menace. The place gets dirty cause I live here, but it gets cleaned up every weekend and I try to keep it alright during the week too. I love music and watching movies and stuff and I have my crafts too. I don’t really know my neighbors- I like to keep to myself. I’m writing this now as I believe my soon to be ex boyfriend will be moving out as soon as he can, so if you’re going through something similar then great cause we can maybe relate and talk mad shit. I’ll add more pictures when I take some.
