Room in a 3 bd/2.5 bath townhouse. The unit is an end unit that backs up to a creek and is surrounded by trees on 2 sides. There is a balcony off the kitchen and a deck area at the entrance. Kitchen features gas stove/oven and granite tile countertops. Common areas are furnished. Room is unfurnished (I do have a futon you can use if you would like). You will be sharing a bathroom with another roommate (yet to be found). 0.2 mile from Tualatin Hills Nature Park, 1 mile from the MAX, 2.5 miles to Nike. Dedicated spot in garage for $50/month or street parking. Dogs allowed with an extra $200 deposit.

Your roommates will be myself (property owner, 27f) and one other future roommate. I am a quiet, respectful roommate and would hope for the same in a roommate. I enjoy being social with my roommates but also respect other’s need for alone time. I enjoy playing boardgames, doing puzzle, hiking, and skiing.
