Room in a 3 bd/2.5 bath townhouse. The unit is an end unit that backs up to a creek and is surrounded by trees on 2 sides. There is a balcony off the kitchen and a deck area at the entrance. Kitchen features gas stove/oven, granite tile countertops, and dishwasher. Washer/dryer in unit. Common areas are furnished. You will be sharing a bathroom with another roommate (24f). 0.2 mile from Tualatin Hills Nature Park, 1 mile from the MAX, 2.5 miles to Nike. Dedicated spot in garage for $50/month or street parking. Dogs allowed with an extra $200 deposit.

Your roommates will be myself (property owner, 27f) and 24f.

Myself: I am a quiet, respectful roommate and would hope for the same in a roommate. I enjoy being social with my roommates but also respect other’s need for alone time. I like cooking and baking. I also enjoy playing boardgames, doing puzzles, hiking, and skiing.

24f: I am a busy body frequently out of the house. I am respectful, social, and always try to stay positive. I am a people pleaser, so I will do my best to make my friends and whoever I room with happy. I am into volleyball, singing, dancing, and binge watching movies time to time. I don’t love to cook but would love to learn to be better. I DO love to eat and I really love the Beaverton area. I clean up after myself and will have friends/family sometimes, but not often.
