Decent size room and plenty of shared space around the house and a decent size back yard and patio little dated house but it serves its purpose( all the stuff shown in pictures will be taken out)

I’m 23 M very to myself so u won’t see me very often, and I do have a cat that will be in my room 95% of the time, there r also 2 other guys that will be upstairs in the other 2 rooms both very quiet and keep to themselves
