I’m renting rooms at my moms house in Harker heights walking distance to walmart and sams club and, other shops and resteraunts. The house was built in 2007. she will be living there as well she is 65 years old. NO PETS. NO DRUGS. NO PRIOR EVICTIONS. I’m renting one room for $700 and the other two are $600 each. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. shared restroom you can use living room, dining room, and kitchen all shared I prefer females because my mom is older and she feels more comfortable with females in the house the main requirements are must have a job,be in the military, or be a student. Must pass background check, must be able to pay on time live in peace, be friendly and don’t cause no problems you have to pay $50 application and background fee and pay first and last to move in the last is the security deposit.
