Available September 1st Rent: $1000 utilities included looking for one female-no kids. I am looking for a clean and responsible female tenant to rent the spare bedroom in my condo. The home, which is a 2 bed, 2 bath condo (2,647 sq ft). I am very clean, quiet, and respectful and looking for the same in a female roommate. The common areas are finished. The living room has a couch, massage chair and a 55“ t.v. The dining room has a beautiful eight person table and gas fireplace. The kitchen has all newer appliances as well as a blender, air-fryer, mixer and dishes all to share. Room for rent is not furnished but I do have an extra 32“ t.v. at no extra cost if needed. I ideally would like someone without any pets, but may consider a cat or small to med dog if they are very well behaved and I’m able to meet them. I haven’t had the best of luck with past tenants and their animals so it’s important that they are quiet (because we share walls with others) and that you clean up after your animal. The room will come with a parking pass for your vehicle. I need someone who is clean and responsible and who pays their bills on time. We can start with a 6 month to a year lease and if things go well we can extend it. I’m looking for one person, not a family or a couple.
