Grove Avenue

One block from the Delaware River, 3 minutes from 295/130, two story open floor plan with attached 1 1/2 car garage horseshoe driveway with plenty of parking, fenced in backyard with deck off back room. Two rooms available one upper & one on lower floor. Both furnished, one has twin bed one has queen bed plus have a full put away up in laundry room. Shared bathroom upstairs w 22 yo son who works full-time days and half bath downstairs. Newly remolded kitchen & laundry room up stairs on top of garage. Central air kicks and gas fireplace in living room. Got a young German shepherd 3 wks ago & still trying to get my 4 old cats used to her being here. 2 down 2 to go! Jixxy is gentle friendly and very obedient but still a pup & my cats do go outside but mostly stay in. Two are still hiding in laundry room since dog got here. Still working on that. Not sure another dog would be a good idea now but a cat maybe? As long as it stays in ur room in begining. Cats are weird sometimes ..soo, u know. It all worisearch!

I am 52yo widowed 5yrs after 30 yrs of marriage. I collect disability social security and survivors benefits along with my 22yo son who works fulltime days in the Pile Drivers Union. I’m easy to get along with unless you steal from me and/or lie to me. Don’t dig shady people. Be truthful ! I’m easy to get along with & maybe quite blunt sometimes but honest to a fault. I stay up late watching TV but keep it quiet & stay busy cleaning the house taking care of the animals & finishing up projects that were never completed once my husband died. I handle all the house chores and yard work but might ask for a hand once in a while due to me breaking my back & neck severely 6 months ago from car accident. You are only responsible for your own room and the bathroom you share w my son if I don’t get to it first. Ride my bike a lot and walk the dog daily. I’m not a big drinker but do smoke weed outside or in garage & vape instead of cigs now. I don’t cook much anymore but your welcome to anytime ur hungry just clean up after yourself. Dishwasher works but runs too long so I just do them by hand. Good luck everyone!
