Hello, I have a basement room available in my house. It is a 5-bedroom 3 bath house but one of the bedrooms is used as an “office space” and that’s where one of my roommates has his gaming system set up. Very nice sized fenced in backyard where we have a shed full of firewood for our bonfire. We have a garage, but it is full of storage and tools as two of us work in the construction field. Weekdays we are all either at school or working and weekends are spent watching football, fishing, playing golf or simply just relaxing. We have a 75- and 65-inch TV set up to watch football as well as a 120-inch projector screen for the backyard.

Rent itself is $400 and utilities are split between everyone. During the summer the highest we saw was $108 per person but typically they run in the mid $80’s per person.

About the roommates that live here. We are all in our mid-20’s, go to RockHills Church and serve actively at the church. We are all very quiet and most of the time you won’t even notice if someone is home or not.

We are all pretty clean as well. No dishes left in the sink:)

I have a Golden Retriever who is as friendly as a Golden gets but we ask for no other pets please.

PLEASE READ: We believe in The Constitution especially in the 2nd Amendment. There are many guns under this roof and many are loaded as we will defend ourselves if somebody with bad intentions breaks in.
