Cute, recently renovated duplex in West Phillips! We have the top 2 floors, encompassing 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, porch, and a huge basement for storage. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, and gas stove all in-house! One room will be all yours, and the bathrooms aren’t connected to any one room, so they’re both shared. Upstairs tenants aren’t expected to do any yard maintenance, so you don’t have to worry about mowing a lawn or shoveling. 2 dedicated parking spaces in back, as well as street parking. Utilities aren’t included in the rent, so they vary from month to month, usually around $70. Huge upside - both the AC and heat have been spectacular, so you you won’t come home freezing or sweating.
