• A garage (no cars park in garage only for extra storage for roommates) -Parking available around the neighborhood -A park across the street -A bike/running trail near the house. -A community pool. -Only one pet allowed on property (there is currently a dog so no other pets permitted)

-Female roommate works full time and attends school. -First male roommate has two jobs one full time and another part time. -Second male roommate is not at the house most time due to traveling for work. -All roommates share chores. -All roommates split utilities. -Roommates are responsible for purchasing their own food. -Female roommate has a friendly dog.
