Located in Governor’s Place, a great and safe neighborhood less than mile (within walk/bike distance) to groceries and Ft Gordon! Private, unfurnished 2nd floor bedroom with closet overlooking the front of the house and shared bathroom (currently not shared). There is hard-lined CAT6 internet wired to the room. Common areas are shared (laundry/fridge/kitchen/pantry space/garage gym, backyard, etc) and available for roommate. Parking for one car on private driveway. Looking for a chill, quiet and responsible roommate who cleans after themselves and is respectful of boundaries. I welcome social people or those preferring to be left alone. Utilities (water/electric) are equally divided among roommates. Security: ‘smart’ keyless entry with codes/apple watch.

The house is new. Photos will be put up by 01OCT. 3bed/2.5bath, 1600sqft with community pool. Fenced backyard, patio with fan and a firepit.

About the roomies I’m the homeowner and active enlisted nearing retirement. Just a guy renting out space. On weeknights I will occasionally run to a DIY store or Target… it’s hard to keep up with this rock-n-roll lifestyle! Weekends: go for longer runs, outdoor activities, motorcycle rides, try to meal prep and separate from work and get out of the house. I live alone with an older, playful, quiet dog. Otherwise, I’m pretty much a homebody and do basic projects/hobbies. In need of someone who keeps the house relatively quiet, clean and organized to respect all roommates’ space. I want us all to feel safe at home. We don’t need to spend more time interacting than needed/we want. I do expect occasional tenant meetings to raise issues (anyone taking off for long periods of time, or have family coming to town, go over utility bills, etc). Just adults adulting in a house!
