Two programmers, one UPS driver, and one waitress/bartender. Myself and the other programmer typically work from home, while the other two have fairly normal working hours. Everybody keeps to themselves for the most part, although we are all friends and do things outside the house together fairly often.

There is also one cat and one dog that live here as well. The dog spends a majority of the time in the basement with her owners and she is friendly and well behaved.

We’re looking to add a person to the house who is responsible, has a stable source of income, cleans up after themselves, and is respectful to others.
