Shoshanna's room

Hi this is a 6 month lease with all utilities and wifi for a private bedroom and occasionally shared bathroom. Meant for 1 individual no other couples or pets sorry. This is part of a 5 bed and 3 bath home. This side of home will have kitchen and living room shared. I have 1 dog and 1 cat. Home is newly renovated inside.

Husband and I are 30 years old professionals in engineering in tech and work hybrid. We love to cook and are usually busy working our the home (backyard) and working. I am expecting a baby so hoping to have someone who is able to help me with small tasks around the home and I can reduce some rent. 2 other males are rarely around and live on other side of home. They are either in school or working.
