The room has a private entrance, parking spot, and is located in the garage so it’s slightly detached from the rest of the house (yay privacy!). It’s fully furnished, including a TV, with sheets/blankets. You have full access to the pool/jacuzzi in the backyard as well as to the kitchen. Onsite washer/dryer and personal fridge (shared with one other roomie) and a designated spot for snacks in the cupboard. You will be sharing a bathroom with only one other person.. The neighborhood is located near a small park, elementary school, and is really safe. We have dog, that lives in the main house and does not go in the garage. Because of this, we don’t allow any other pets. He also does not like men.

Hello, me and my brother own this home and are looking for some roomies to help split rent :). I am a nurse and my brother lives out of town for school. You will share the bathroom downstairs with one other roommate. We keep to ourselves and live busy lives.
