We enjoy movies and music. Nice kitchen if you like to cook but I do cook most weeknights. 420 friendly but ask that you smoke on balcony. WIFI included. Split electric cost. Water is free. Parking is free and close by. Washer and dryer on site but is old- asking to do laundry at laundry mat which is generally where I do mine unless its urgent.

Me- Single mom in her 30’s, has own healthcare business. Loves to travel, and relax spend time with my son. Out of house most of day home in evening. Often out of town or doing activities on weekend.. When home I like to sleep read cook or relax. My son- 4 years old, is in school most days, chill mode, likes to ipad play trucks (mostly in living room) is super sweet and shy. Costs are just too high these days so looking for the right person to share our home with. Background check required. Don’t have to be best friends as I am focused on resting with my son when home but looking for postive vibes and clean person to share our place with. I’m not sure what the bedroom measures but it currently fits a queen size bed and bookshelf. Hoping to find the right person and do a showing of room in person. The closet is fairly big in my opinion. There is a sizable window and it is currently my sons room so I plan to move that furniture out of there but would be willing to leave it temporarily if you needed to use it until you find what you like. The place is spacious and bright. The bathroom would be mostly yours, but because the other bathroom doesn’t have a tub share bathtub occasionally. It is not directly attached to room but down the hallway of your space so that is why i listed as shared. There is laundry in unit but I am asking that you do most laundry at a laundry mat bc the washer is not operating properly and i can’t afford to replace it if it blows out. Wifi is included in this $900 rental. We do not have cable you are free to get that if you wish. Split electric costs. Usually air is kept around 73 to keep cool clean and comfortable Not requesting a credit check as times are hard for everyone so I don’t feel judging by a score is appropriate. Only asking a background check and room deposit. Rental lease is a month to month basis but could discuss something more permanent if the arrangement of living together works well. Asking 30 day notice to move out so I can make new arrangements. Also a 30 day move out notice will be given if necessary. I would love to meet and show you the place to give you a better idea of a deciding factor it’s really a beautiful area and place i feel you would be comfortable and at peace here. We are a home of prayer as well so definitely looking for a kind person. I do not mind occasional guests but bc a child lives in the home asking not to have parties gatherings or men cycling through the place. I specifically am looking for a female roommate (not man or couples) just feel more comfortable that way. We have a lovely balcony (that i hope we can redecorate together lol) and a nice kitchen. I usually cook most nights that I am in town (school nights). We also have a big dining table and living area is fairly spacious but my son does like to play trucks in living area space often. We have a pool on site and located in a very safe and quite community beautiful trail in backyard of condo that leads to a park. Perfect trees to read or meditate under if that’s your thing.
