Your bathroom is right across from your room. It’s primarily yours, and it’s only shared if I have guests over (not a constant rotation). And once I rent out the 3rd bedroom, it will be shared.

Hi! I’m a laid-back, respectful homeowner in Manor in my 30s and I work in sales. I’m looking to keep my home calm, cozy, and low-stress—a clean, organized place that truly feels like a reset at the end of the day.

I’m pretty private and keep to myself. I love hitting the gym, reading the Bible, and diving into personal growth books, and I’ll occasionally unwind with some TV. I’m usually in bed by around 11pm and up around 8–9am, and I keep quiet hours from 11pm–8am. I’m big on a peaceful, “sanctuary” vibe—so I rarely have guests over (I usually meet friends out in town). If my house is in chaos, my brain feels the same, so I like to keep things tidy and I usually do my deeper cleaning on weekends when I’m not working.

I have a friendly cat named Oliver. He’ll sometimes get the occasional daytime zoomies (especially after roaming the backyard) and bolt back inside. As long as your bedroom door is closed, he won’t go in. I keep my door open at night and he sleeps by my feet.
