Bedroom comes fully furnished with a full size bed, dresser, and desk. Plus a nice walk in closet! You’ll have your own bathroom but will be shared with any guests.

Decent size backyard (please no dogs but cats are allowed😻) I do have a cat named Oliver, he loves other cats but hasn’t had another cat roommate in years.

Ideal roommate someone who likes to live a clean life, meaning all shared areas will be cleaned after each use. I have a chore chart we will use. I have lived with enough roomies in my lifetime to know this is the best way to keep everyone happy and on the same page. Someone that would want to become friends and do some activities together.
