UCR and Cal Baptist 91 freeway. Access to community, pool and spa, kitchen, laundry room . mini fridge included . No guests, no children no smoker , no pets . Single occupancy . Ceiling fan, carpeted room. This is a 10x10 unfurnished room with a smart tv . Bed must be no larger than a full or twin size bed .

We are quiet family. We like a clean & tidy home. Everyone picks up after themselves. Husband & son works and wife works from home remotely we have 1 indoor cat . We are non smokers .
