About me! Hi! I’m Kate, I’m 26 and have been living in LA for about 4 years. I work in freelance casting and mainly work from home but sometimes head to set. I’m a big fan of movie nights, game nights and chilling at home but enjoy a good night out or hitting up places for food or coffee. I’m also a big concert goer, been to 7 in the past year lol. I’m not a big drinker and prefer to keep the home relatively quiet but love having friends over. I’m what I like to call a lazy neat freak, I keep the common spaces clean, clean up after myself in the kitchen almost immediately but am sometimes known to leave a few bits and bobs downstairs. Pretty go with the flow and always down for an adventure but def need my alone time.

I’m looking for someone (single person, no couples) in their 20s who is respectful of each other and each others spaces, cleans up after themselves and isn’t known to bring the party home after hours. Someone with a source of income and will be able to pay rent/utilities on time. I would love to be friends but I also want us to work as roommates!
